Making the Grade
Let's face it, most car dealerships suck... especially here in south Florida. We are tempted to fail most dealerships we investigate, but this would leave consumers with very few meaningful choices. Instead, we think it's better to grade on a curve and judge the relative performance of the dealers on the list.

About the List
We use our weekly Mystery Shopping Reports to "grade" the dealerships we visit. Then we rank the dealerships by grade from A+ all the way down to F-. It's important to remember that we grade on a curve and that, unfortunately, most of the the dealerships we investigate are still stuck in old-school marketing and sales tactics.
